Click the 'Tools' menu, and select 'Accounts...'

Click the 'Add' button, and then click 'Mail...'

Enter your name in the 'Display name:' field, e.g.'webmaster' and
Click the 'Next' button.

Enter your full email address in the 'Email address:' field, e.g.
'webmaster@direct-card.co.uk' and Click the 'Next' button.

Enter 'mail.yourdomain.com' in the 'Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP)
server:' field. e.g. mail.direct-card.co.uk
Enter your smtp settings (provided by your ISP) in the 'Outgoing
mail (SMTP) server:' field.
e.g. smtp.btinternet.com if you use btinternet (click
for other examples)
and Click the 'Next' button.

Enter 'Username' in the 'Account Name' field. e.g. webmaster@direct-card.co.uk
Enter 'Password' in the 'Password' field. e.g. 'password' and
Click the 'Next' button.

Select the 'I will establish my Internet connection manually' option,
and Click the 'Next' button.

Click the 'Finish' button

| Congratulations! You're configured your Email software to send and
retrieve messages. |

| A good test for this, is to send yourself an email. |
